General Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we will either repair/replace it, or credit your account. You are eligible for a REFUND or EXCHANGE which are subject to the below terms:
All Items are eligible for return and would be processed if conditions are met.
You are always required to ship back the items by following the shipping instructions:
If approved, you can send back the products to the shipping address given by our customer support via Whatsapp or Email.
Customers are not entitled to claim from our company any shipping charges payable to courier company for returned product from customer to company.
Price of the product can be claimed from company in lieu of returned product, where applicable as per company policy.
Refund Policy
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 10 working days of your purchase. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 7 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
In order for the product to be eligible for a Refund, make sure these conditions are met:
· Product must be returned in its original packaging
· Product wasn’t used or damaged
· Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase
After we receive your product, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund iaw company policy or otherwise. The money will be refunded to your BANK ACCOUNT or through any other mean suitable as per company policy and the following information is needed:
· Full name and Bank account number/Easypaisa/Jazzcash
· Order Number
· Reason of Return
Exchange Policy
Products can be exchanged for a different size or color variant, provided that such variant is available. Customers are allowed to exchange for items within 10 days. Exchanges exceeding 10 days will not be processed.
In order to be eligible for exchanges make sure that the following conditions are met:
· Product must be returned in its original packaging
· Product wasn’t used or damaged
· Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase
Your exchanged product will be processed; once items are received and eligibility of the product for return is fully confirmed. Repetitive exchanges for single order are not processed as per company policy.
